In this paper, the authors first confirm the government’s policy and the current status of the
acceptance of the international students and the Chinese students studying abroad, and then conduct
research on the actual situation of Dalian University of Foreign Languages. And after that, they discuss
some issues of accepting the international students and the Chinese students’ studying abroad in terms
of international exchange by closely examining the above university’s recent programs to experience
Japanese culture.
