Therefore,\nwe have decided to report on our efforts to create a new record keeping chart for the education of\nstudent trainers. In the new chart, the students were able to complete the chart in accordance with the\nguidelines by creating the items to be selected for activity status (e.g., type of practice in each athletic\ndepartment) and play (athletic movements and situations). The students' consideration of activity\nsituations and play items could lead to learning about the characteristics of athletic events. In addition,\nby providing items of play, the actual conditions of injury may be grasped in detail.
