To this end, we conducted a semi-structured interview survey with three trainers who\nworked with elementary school-age children and four trainers who worked with university students, after\nasking them to recall the activities they performed in their respective fields. The results suggested that\nelementary school-age children are more likely to have poorer self-management skills than university\nstudents, and therefore that risk management to prevent sports injuries and disorders requires a\ndetailed perspective on each individual athlete. In addition, it was predicted that in order to carry out\nmore effective activities within a limited time, not only knowledge and skills but also communication\nskills appropriate to the target audience are required. Therefore, it was considered effective to obtain\nunderstanding and cooperation not only from the trainer themselves, but also from coaches and parents.\nIn addition, it was suggested that in elementary school-age children, not only specialized instruction in\nmedical conditioning is required, but also instruction and behavior as a sports instructor is sometimes\nrequired. This study provided useful suggestions for carrying out trainer activities with elementary school\nstudents. However, the target subjects in this study were limited, and it is difficult to say that it covered\na wide range of trainer activities for elementary school-age children.
