To achieve this, the relationship between the subject views and lesson analyses of\nthese prospective teachers was examined. Specifically, videos of school health education were shown\nto the students, and these videos were analyzed by them. Three significant findings were revealed as\na result. First, the subject views of the analyzed prospective physical and health education teachers\nwere found to be skewed towards the development of individual-oriented competencies. Second, while\nmost participants referred to teaching methods in their lesson analyses, very few mentioned teaching\nobjectives.
