| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify that a functional employee labor management organization is expected to have a safety decision making system as one of its internal controls. Further, as a governance requirement, typically directors have a duty of care for the health and life safety of workers and where there is a failure of that duty individual directors may be held personally liable for punitive damages. |
