| 内容記述 | 本研究は，現代的な「求められる教師像」の資質能力を備えた教員養成を行う第一歩としてスポーツ系教員志望 の学生（2024年度入学）を対象に，志望動機や教員像等に関する意識調査をし，その特徴を明らかにすることを目 的としている．調査の結果，小学校時代より担任教師の影響，中・高等学校では，専科担任や部活指導の教員の影 響を受け，教員免許取得と部活動参加を目的として入学してきた学生が多く，将来複数免許を取得し，教員を目指 している意識が高いことがわかった．また将来なりたい教師像として児童生徒に寄り添って支援する生徒指導ので きる教師を目指す学生が多く見られた．今後も求められる教師像への成長変化に関する継続的調査が求められる． |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to conduct an awareness survey of students (enrolled in 2024) who wish to become sports teachers as a first step toward training teachers with the qualities and abilities of the modern “required teacher image” and to clarify the characteristics of these students in terms of their motivations for applying to become teachers and the image of teachers. The results of the survey showed that many students, influenced by their homeroom teachers since elementary school and by specialized homeroom teachers and club activity instructors in junior high and high school, entered the university with the aim of obtaining a teaching license and participating in club activities, and have a high awareness of their desire to obtain multiple teaching licenses and become a teacher in the future. In addition, many of the students aspired to become teachers who can support students and provide guidance to them as the kind of teacher they want to be in the future. Continuous research on changes in the image of teachers is required in the future. |
