Through\nquestionnaires and analysis of the findings from the surveys, this study closely examines the students’\nattitudes as well as their abilities in Japanese language acquisition. At the same time, it offers an\nevaluation of specific language skills of these learners. Furthermore, this study has made valuable\nobservations of Japanese language program at Wentian Institute from various perspectives, which will\nhelp us better understand what level of Japanese language skills a student should have in order to be\nsuccessful academically when entering a study-abroad program in Japan.
