They analyzed Mongolian society from various angles such as educational problems, land issues, independence and self-government problems, human rights and made a great variety of suggestions and comments on how to build a reasonable society. Besides, they called on everyone to act. During the Manchukuo era, the modern Mongolian dignitaries had two sides of personalities and took advantage of all the forces which should be used. However, the ambition to strengthen their nation was hidden behind these actions. Therefore, they were easily branded “Mongolian Traitors”. And it is definitely unreasonable to keep on blaming them. From the modern Mongolia-Japan relations, the non-government communication have played a more positive role than the official one. Following the spirit of “Human Coexist with Peace”, we should sum up the historical experience to face the future.
