They analyzed Mongolian society from various angles such as educational problems, land\nissues, independence and self-government problems, human rights and made a great variety of\nsuggestions and comments on how to build a reasonable society. Besides, they called on everyone to act.\nDuring the Manchukuo era, the modern Mongolian dignitaries had two sides of personalities and\ntook advantage of all the forces which should be used. However, the ambition to strengthen their nation\nwas hidden behind these actions. Therefore, they were easily branded “Mongolian Traitors”. And it is\ndefinitely unreasonable to keep on blaming them.\nFrom the modern Mongolia-Japan relations, the non-government communication have played a\nmore positive role than the official one. Following the spirit of “Human Coexist with Peace”, we should\nsum up the historical experience to face the future.
