Initially, students and children who responded to the invitation played dodgeball and playing tag, but as the times went on, the children invited friends who did not participate and voluntarily formed several groups with the students. Furthermore, after that, the order of play was decided among the groups, and the play contents were also set for each group. This is thought to be the beginning of the emergence of “play leaders” among children. According to the report of the principal of the elementary school, more children started to play outdoors even when the students were absent after three months. The effectiveness of the “play leader” was examined from the physical fitness measurements of the children before and after the “play leader” intervention for these one year. As a result, when comparing the rate of change in the measured physical fitness among the three groups, the active group, the normal group, and the inactive group, which were classified according to the exercise time in the home, the inactive group showed the highest value. Therefore, it was suggested that the efforts of the students of this study as “play leaders” are effective measures for children who are not good at exercising.}, pages = {33--39}, title = {スポーツ学部生のintern shipにおける児童との休み時間の関わりが,児童の体力・運動能力の発達におよぼす影響}, volume = {12}, year = {2021}, yomi = {アオヤマ, ユウコ} }
