After analyzing a self-evaluation of the school, the following came to light:\nOne, the reliability and validity of a self-evaluation.\nTwo, such evaluations becoming a mere shell, without real meaning.\nThree, the difference in levels of enthusiasm in grappling with issues.\nAnd four, the growth of professional ability.\nMoving toward solutions, we tried reciprocal staff evaluations, parent/guardian evaluations, and\nmeasures to improve professional growth.
