In this study we examine the development of the dynamic capability approach (DCA), and identify major current debates around the nature of dynamic capabilities and their consequence. This paper is organized as follows. First, we show the core logic and its limitation of RBV. Next, we review some seminal works (such as Teece et al., 1997) and its current state of development of DCA. And then we refer to the core problem of DCA(neglect of managerial agency).
