In this study we\nexamine the development of the dynamic capability approach (DCA), and identify major current debates\naround the nature of dynamic capabilities and their consequence. This paper is organized as follows.\nFirst, we show the core logic and its limitation of RBV. Next, we review some seminal works (such as\nTeece et al., 1997) and its current state of development of DCA. And then we refer to the core problem\nof DCA（neglect of managerial agency).
