| 内容記述 | The purpose of the present study was to examine the effects of positive future perspective on selfesteem in adolescence. Self-esteem, trust and fulfillment questionnaire were administered pre and post to the 47 second grader of a university. The subjects were asked to write a letter to their hopeful future images. Furthermore they were asked to reply a letter to present situation as a successful future image. The major findings were:(a) self-esteem was improved after the activity, (b) trust was increased after the activity. Discussion of these findings referred to effects of positive future perspective on self-esteem and trust. In addition to that, it was considered that expressing their successful future images freely was effective to build positive future perspective in adolescence. |
