| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to study career development among secretaries and research the career patterns of secretaries. I found three different types of career development among secretaries. I think that it is important for secretary to assist the boss from management and to do office work. It is also important that the secretary has to assist the boss from management to survive as a semiprofessional in the future. |
