| 内容記述 | When we see the recent amendment of the Fundamental Law of Education and related documents, we cannot but think that a“cooperation system at a full society scale" is proposed. This concept of a “full-society scale system ”，means that a national cooperation network system is needed. But it has not been organized yet. In this paper, we discuss some ways for making a diagnosis and make some proposals for the organization of a network for the development of lifelong learning activities as a new challenge. |
