| 内容記述 | This paper introduces the statutes of Tankai Seizo-sha established in 1879. The statutes were amended in 1881. The company that manufactures briquettes equipped with the characteristics of a limited company. The company had limited liability, which is an important requirement for a stock company, and it was possible to transfer shares. In addition, although the company's duration was 12 years, it was conditionally permitted to continue after maturity. |
