| 内容記述 | In the examination problem of the club management, What is particularly important is the realization of self-government process by club members in comprehensive community sports club. This is the condition which promotes the independent worker's participation in club management as many club members as possible. But, in reality, the problem is that club members are limited, and club managements are their concerns only. The purpose of this study is to clarify the promotion or the factor to obstruct in worker's participation in club management. In this study, two comprehensive community sports clubs are selected to be investigated. : S club (as The organization of club management, the pattern for self-government process), F club (as The organization of club management, won-the pattern for self-government process). The main method of this study is the interview investigation. It was time-series analysis of a club history regarding Leader's "narrative" as important. Based on that, this study is to consider a behavior and the purpose of the club member in focusing contents related to worker's participation in club management. The main results are as follows: (common point of view that gives an aspect of the worker's participation in club management affecting a difference of S club between F club). 1: The difference of the way that systematization in the initiative group. 2: The difference of the way that formation process of the original rule. 3: The difference of the way that club leader's action. 4 The difference of the way that interchanging with other groups in the area concerned. | |||||
