| 内容記述 | This paper reports on the second year of personnel training at Koga City. This year, it is intended to improve last year results by adding two important points. First, is the inclusion of the training of future top leaders, namely Guard Officers, and second, the inclusion of practical activities, which were not considered last year. We intended to (1)increase the number of people who understand the role of the Guard Officers as community leaders and (2)to present activities which really relate to community life. With this purpose, all the participants to this course should return to their communities, put the activities in practice, hear the opinion of the people in their communities about it and finally return to the course by next year. This is what we called the plan based on the intervals schedule program. | |||||
