| 内容記述 | We find that some Japanese overseas subsidiaries set up overseas sub-subsidiary in State of Delaware. Setting up holding companies in State of Delaware is economically rational choice. However, many Japanese overseas subsidiaries do not set up overseas sub-subsidiary in State of Delaware. We conclude that in case of setting a higher value on Japanese headquarter's management policies than international financial strategy, Japanese overseas subsidiaries do not choose the State of Delaware as a location of overseas sub-subsidiary. |
