内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between 400m round swimming and 400m shuttle swimming in front crawl swimming. The subjects were 3 university male swimmers and 3 university female swimmers who practiced swimming on a daily basis. They swam 400m round swimming and 400m shuttle swimming at maximum effort. We made the square course with sides of 10 meters. They swam round swimming on the course. This study was recorded using a digital video camera and an underwater CCD camera. The calculation items were swimming velocity (SV), stroke time (ST), stroke length (SL), stroke depth (SD), maximum shoulder joint angle (MSA), maximum elbow joint angle (MEA), rating of perceived exertion (RPE). As a result, a significant positive correlation was found between the SL of round swimming and SL of shuttle swimming (p<0.01). A significant positive correlation was found between the MEA of round swimming and MSA of shuttle swimming. (p<0.05). As a subject of future research, only one stroke of the left hand was analyzed in this study, but it is considered necessary to analyze multiple strokes because the difference between the left and right strokes is considered to be larger in ocean swimming than in normal crawl swimming. In addition, although only the upper body was analyzed this time, it is possible that there is a difference in kicking behavior, so it is necessary to analyze not only the upper body but also the lower body. |
