| 内容記述 | We discuss the relation about “Population onus” and real estate markets in Japan. We found that the population factors had affected the real estate prices and housing markets in Japan as well as in the long term, even in the short term. These results suggest that the downward trend in land prices continue for some time because of aging and population decline. |
