| 内容記述 | Recently, Kindergarten worker’s human relations such as ability of communication, social adaptation, vigilant attention, are declining. Therefore, to create a trust filled relationship with children and parents has become more difficult. Furthermore, this has been one of the causes of the staff’s frequent turnover. To improve the human relations among students is a responsibility of the training school. This study’s purpose is to clarify the effect of the production of puppet theater which is one of the activities in our school. The effect was seen in the following topics:①Involvement with the student who do not want to join in ②Improve mutual understanding among students through discussion. ③Enjoy a group activity ④Compromise with others who has different thoughts. |
